SCW May 1972

Keith Connor sent me these pages. This is the article referred to in the previous post. It's only short but very interesting. Click on the images to go full size.
The owner of the car was "a young Canberra chef, Garry Sheldrick". Remember B8/20 was also owned by a Canberra chef and they were mates. It's all coming together. Take notice of the unique bonnet, I'll post some more photos in a minute. Incidentally, Keith points out that "A Norm Sheldrick owned the ex-Royce Marion estate basket-case B8/48 that Campbell Bolwell bought for his 'museum'. It had a new sports body (was a coupe), but had been crashed and reportedly sat in the Fibrecar factory for many years."
