What were they thinking? No.2

Another JWF, an Italia this time.

Tristan Fitzpatrick, up in the Sunshine State, bought this Italia coupe late last year and is looking for a bit of history on the car. With less than 30 Italias made (interesting that only 3 were roadsters) someone should recognise this one from somewhere. It was once green, then red.
It looks like it has one of the purpose built Nota chassis. This should be of particular interest to Tristan, he has a couple of Fangs.

An interesting combination.

And why do Asians wear those masks? Are they getting ready to rob a bank?

More progress.

Almost looks a bit like a car with the tub dropped in.

Something to brag about.

Shout it from the tree tops!
Twice as fast? What were they like before?

Veyron @ Birdwood.

Yes, a 2008 Bugatti Veyron is now on display at the National Motor Museum at least until 2023, except when its anonymous South Australian owner takes it out for the occasional track day.

B8/19 for sale.

It's been some time since there's been a good Nagari Mk.8 on the market, but the drought has broken. Naturally I will put this ad in "Bollyshop" but in the meantime, here's a heads up.

It is with great regret that Wayne Stehbens Nagari is for sale.

Wayne owned this car since 1980 and it was his pride and joy.  It features in a double page spread in the New Bolwell book and here are some details.

B8-19 was delivered new from the factory in December 1970 had 2 owners including Chris Clearihan before Wayne purchased it.

Engine 351 Windsor, very powerful and runs perfectly.

Original in most respects except for modified springs front and rear.

Body “French Racing Blue” with a few minor defects

Rebuilt 2.92 LSD recently fitted

On historic Registration in SA WLW 810

Original interior and SW instrumentation

5 spoke after market wheels

The car drives well and would respond to some minor attention.

This is a very original Bolwell factory coupe with great history and is priced for genuine sale at $60,000.

Please contact Scott 0428 827 226 for details.

Chris', in USA's project.

My fiberglass project and link to a series of pictures of the build from day 1 to today, it's not quite finished but hope to be done this year.

That series of pictures is certainly worth checking out.

Mystery Australian SHED find.

This photo was sent to Maximum Mini in the UK. Nothing is known about the car except that it is supposed to be Mini based and appears to have 10" wheels. There is a blue and white badge on the nose which is a bit hard to make out. The bonnet behind it looks interesting. Anyway, someone must know something about it.
